Aileen O’Malley has helped clients address their strategic needs
for over 12 years. Much of this
as a strategy consultant – initially with McKinsey and Company,
before setting up her own
independent firm 4 years ago. Her principle focus has been on growth
– both helping companies
create attractive growth strategies and addressing the organisational
and people issues critical
to enable this growth. Aileen has an
MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and
a degree
in Mechanical Engineering from UCD.
